I would like to take the opportunity to send my best wishes to all my constituents throughout our Royal Town and to all readers of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Observer.
Christmas is a wonderful time. I will certainly be looking forward to it more than usual!
My Christmas wish this year is for a process to begin which heals the divisions that the referendum has so deeply embedded. I hope this will begin to spark a decade of new opportunities both in our Royal Town, as well as nationwide.
I hope that you will be able to spend the festive period with loved ones. My thoughts are with all those whose friends and family are not with them at Christmas, whether from bereavement, illness or because they are serving abroad in the Armed Forces. Whatever you have planned for the holidays, I hope that your festive celebrations are happy and relaxing.
My particular thanks go to our Emergency Services whose dedication ensures that we can all enjoy the festive season safely. I will be spending time with them on Monday, to thank them on behalf of us all. I shall be visiting the Postal Sorting Office, Good Hope Hospital and the Sutton Coldfield Police and Fire Stations.
Finally, I would like to thank you for giving me the privilege and responsibility of representing Sutton Coldfield in Parliament once again and for the sixth time. My first priority is always our Royal Town.] As ever please do not hesitate to get in touch if I can help with any problems, address any issues or answer any questions. I am always happy to hear from and help my constituents.
