Weekly Message to Constituents 246 - Wishing you a Happy New Year
Looking forward to 2025

My Dear Constituents and friends

I want to wish all those who live and work in the Royal Town a happy, healthy and enjoyable new year and a fulfilling 2025.

Here in Sutton Coldfield, I shall continue to drive forward the rejuvenation and redevelopment of our Town Centre – working alongside the many others who are similarly dedicated to delivering  this great endeavour.

I shall be working to ensure we deliver real benefit from the £20 million Towns Fund. The taxpayer funding to set this up has now arrived in the Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council.

I will focus on delivering the £8.5 million redevelopment of the Cottage Hospital, to make it an outstanding hub supporting older local residents to live independently in their own homes. And, throughout 2025, I will continue to drive the future development of our Town Hall as a major local cultural centre.

I shall continue working closely with our councillors to secure a brighter future for our great Park - a future without parking charges.

Down at Westminster, I shall continue to fight for the interests and wellbeing of all who live in the Royal  Town, and to repay the confidence the Town placed in me by re-electing me as your Member of Parliament  for the seventh time in what  was a difficult and challenging 2024.

With my very best wishes,

ANDREW
