Andrew Mitchell MP has officially opened the new branch of Nationwide Drywall and Insulations (NDI) in Minworth which is successfully rising to the challenge to help the construction industry drive economic growth in the West Midlands. Sutton Coldfield’s MP met with Senior Managers of NDI to discuss the Company’s success as well as the challenges that they face. Also gathering to celebrate the opening of the new branch in Sutton Coldfield were contractors and suppliers who gave Mr Mitchell feedback on steps taken by the Coalition Government to help improve access to finance in this vital sector. Following the opening, Andrew Mitchell MP, said “Nationwide Drywall and Insulations employ many local people and are an excellent example of a business which really is the life blood of our economy.” “The decisive action taken by this Government to cut the public sector deficit in order to keep interest rates lower for longer in the UK alongside companies such as this recognising the importance of investment will help to ensure that we avoid many of the problems being experienced by other countries.
