Andrew Mitchell MP has visited Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School to discuss a range of local, national and international issues with students interested in Politics. The School – which recently achieved excellent grades at both GCSE and A Levels – invited Mr Mitchell to give a short talk on his role as the local Member of Parliament which stimulated much debate between students and the MP who fielded questions on a range of topics such as High Speed 2, Tuition Fees, nuclear weapons and the situation in Syria.
