Birmingham City Council has been allocated a £231 million fund by the Government to pay grants to businesses which have been directly impacted by Coronavirus.

The Council has now set up an online form so businesses who believe they are entitled to a grant can apply for funding.

I know that a number of local businesses have already applied and that many have been waiting some time for payment. I have been raising these issues with the Council directly as it is important that businesses can access the funds that they need quickly.
