Andrew Mitchell MP will be attending a concert in Sutton Coldfield Town Hall later this month to help raise funds for the Sutton Coldfield branch of the RNLI. In advance of the concert, which takes place on Saturday 26 November at 7.30pm, Andrew met with Sutton’s RNLI Chair Jill Carter and 14 year old violinist Jody Smith who will be playing her violin on the night. The picture shows Andrew Mitchell MP with Jill Carter and violinist Jody Smith. Jody, who lives in Sutton Coldfield, started playing the violin at the early age of 4 and 10 years later is a grade 8 solo performer. Also performing at the concert is the Canoldir Choir. Tickets for the event are available by telephoning the RNLI on 0121 353 4108, and are £15 each. Andrew Mitchell MP said, “This will be an enjoyable evening and I hope that as many people as possible will come out to support this worthy cause.”
